Carlos Moreira began his career as a UN expert on IT, eSecurity and Trust Models, working for ILO, UN, UNCTAD, ITC/WTO, World Bank, UNDP, ESCAP from 1983 to 1998. A recognized early stage pioneer in the field of digital identity, he was also Adjunct Professor of the Graduate School of Engineering Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999 as well as Head of the Trade Efficiency Lab at the Graduate School of Engineering at RMIT.

In 1999, he founded the Geneva-based online data security firm WISeKey, where he currently serves as Chairman and CEO. Mr Moreira’s unique profile, which combines extensive high level international diplomacy experience and emerging technologies expertise, has positioned him as a distinctive authority, thought leader, and entrepreneurial force in today’s digital world where the acquisition and trusted protection of a digital identity has become an essential step for citizens and entities across the globe. He is a Member of the UN Global Compact, Member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council, Founding Member World Economic Forum Global Growth Companies.

Mr. Barel has over 20 years experience in luxury watches and Jewellery business with key focus on investment time pieces and rare collectibles. Mr. Barel is a valuator and appraiser for various insurance companies, auction houses in the sub Saharan Africa and Asian region.

In Previous years, he owned retail stores in South Africa and Hong Kong. Today he is focused on the European market as he is based in the UK.

Mr. Barel is a regular exhibitor at the watch fairs in Asia and also a regular exhibitor at the international HK Jewellery Fair, displaying unique time pieces and high end luxury goods. Some of his past work experience include; consigning rare time pieces to auction houses including Sothebys, Christies, Phillips and many others world wide.

Moish co-chairs FRB’s Emerging Technology Practice Group and chairs FRB’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Moish focuses his practice on the intersection of emerging technologies and intellectual property (IP), with a focus on helping companies grow their businesses and brands, particularly in the cryptocurrency and NFT space. Moish has been active in the cryptocurrency space since 2014, when he co-founded a cryptocurrency startup company.

Moish’s practice additionally encompasses both transactional and business litigation matters. His previous experience includes working at a law firm where he acted as trial counsel in numerous contested intellectual property matters before U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeal.

Moish has worked across numerous industries, including technology, energy and renewable energy, entertainment, media and advertising, real estate, hospitality, education, cryptocurrency and NFTs, legal cannabis (including hemp and CBD), and medical/health care. He has assisted entrepreneurs, artists and non-profits with their various legal needs.

Kenneth J. Falcon is the managing partner of FRB. He is also the chair of the real estate practice group. His practice has largely revolved around his real estate clients, for whom he has overseen hundreds of real estate transactions ranging from due diligence, financing and acquisition through development, management and leasing. He has also served as lead counsel in complex litigated matters, including matters related to estates, intellectual property, commercial transactions, and real estate.

Ken launched his career as a judicial intern in the District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Shortly after graduation, he began working with one of Long Island’s most esteemed solo practitioners, Myron G. Jacobson. Tapping into decades of experience in real estate acquisition, financing and development, Ken has helped forge partnerships that have invested tens of millions of dollars in real estate development throughout the five boroughs of New York City and throughout the country. Ken has earned the trust of some of America’s most prestigious law firms, serving as counsel to their clients in the event of conflicts of interest.

Ashok is Director of Professional Services at CasperLabs, where he leads enterprise engagements and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining CasperLabs, Ashok spent 12 years with Google Inc., in their India, Singapore, and Mountain View offices, where he led teams managing large programs and professional services for large clients. Before Google, Ashok served for 20 years with the Indian Navy and retired as a Commander. He was primarily involved in the design, development, and construction of India’s first unconventional submarine. He has a Post Graduate in Nuclear Engineering and also has a business degree.

Mr. Gadson serves as a managing partner of GDGC Enterprises LLC, as well as on the board of Directors for LWC Management Corp, a full service licensed professional property management firm headquartered in New York City. With a strong analytical background, as a seasoned margin trader, his knowledge and expertise in the cryptocurrency field has positioned himself to be a leader in the burgeoning market. Gregory is also an avid NFT collector with a number of successful Collections. The most well known being City Vues, a collaboration with Diamonte Zarba, which was featured in MarketWatch.

Mr. Gadson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance as well as a minor in Entrepreneurship from Temple University.
