Under Carlos’ leadership, WISekey’s mission has been to continually advance and improve Internet Trust, Cybersecurity and Internet of things, and to make it easier and more secure for people to use the Internet. Carlos served before founding WISeKey as United Nations Expert on CyberSecurity and Trust Models. He served during 17 years as UN Expert for many leading organizations of the United Nations System including ILO, UN, UNCTAD, ITC/WTO, World Bank, UNDP, ESCAP (83-99). He is recognized worldwide as an Internet Pioneer and has an unique profile, which combines extensive high level international diplomacy experience and emerging technologies expertise, has positioned him as a distinctive authority, thought leader, and entrepreneurial force in today’s digital world where the acquisition and trusted protection of Identity, Trust and Security has become an essential step for citizens and entities across the globe.
Carlos left the United Nations in 1998 to found and devote his energies to WISeKey, a company he had begun in 1999. Guided by a belief that the Internet needs to be safe and universal and a tool for prosperity, he began developing technologies to protect the Internet. Carlos’ foresight and his vision for personal computing have been central to the success of WISeKey.

He was Adjunct Professor of the Graduate School of Engineering RMIT Australia (95/99) and Head of the Trade Efficiency Lab at the Graduate School of Engineering at RMIT.

He is also very much involved in financial actives related to M&A , Fundraising, IPOs , Listed companies and was awarded the M&A Award 2017 Best EU acquisition for his acquisition of VaultIC semiconductors company in 2016. Mr. Ward is a Chartered Management Accountant with significant international experience in the IT, FMCG, Retail/Distribution, Medical Equipment and Plastics industries, having worked in companies such as ITT, General Electric and Iomega, both in Field & H.Q. locations. He has operated for many years at Executive Staff (Board) level in International, multi-cultural environments. He has in depth experience in Change Management, Process Improvement, Business Integration & Restructuring as well as extensive knowledge of International Tax, Statutory and US GAAP reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. He has a B.A. (Hons) degree in Business Administration from Wolverhampton University, U.K.
Chief Digital Transformation Officer
Pierre Maudet is a Swiss politician with more than twenty years of experience in the management of public affairs. He has held several important public functions, including those of Mayor of Geneva (2011) and President of the Council of the State of Geneva ( 2018). From 2012 to 2021, he was Geneva State Councilor and Cantonal Minister in charge of Security, Energy, Digital and the Economy. He holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg. As the Director of Digital Transformation of WISeKey, Pierre Maudet focuses on expanding the company’s activities on issues related to artificial intelligence and digital transformation with the aim of strengthening its leadership position in AI through knowledge automation.
General Manager of WISeKey Semiconductors
Bernard has more than 25 years of experience in the Secure Semiconductor Industry. He started his career at Gemplus (now Gemalto), where he held multiple positions in sales and marketing, and opened Gemplus’ San Francisco office in 1996. There, he shaped Gemplus into the 1st EMV Payment Smart Card program a ‘ VISA Smart Breakthrough Program ‘ in the United States. He joined INSIDE Contactless in 2002, then a startup company pioneer in the NFC technology, as Vice President in charge of Business Development. He positioned INSIDE as a leader of NFC payment chip supplier in the US. In 2013, after the acquisition of the smart card division of ATMEL, he was appointed Executed Vice President in charge of the Semiconductor Division of INSIDE Secure.

Alexander Zinser has more than 20 years of legal and compliance affairs experience gained in the life sciences, manufacturing and high tech / IT industry, working for both Fortune 500 as well as for start up companies. Mr. Zinser started his professional career at the law firm Graf von Westphalen in Frankfurt having studied law in Passau, Birmingham, Vienna, Strasbourg and Munich and he holds a Ph.D and also an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Chief Operating Officer of WISeKey
Mr. Schüpp is an entrepreneur located in Belgium with more than three decades of experience and a proven track record in leading digital businesses. Previously, Mr. Schüpp was CEO of Scaled Access, a scale-up pioneering with ecosystem-driven digital transformations. Prior to this, he was the EMEA Practice Leader of Security & Privacy services at Deloitte serving global and European multinationals, and before that he held CIO and CISO positions at Cybertrust and Swift. During his career, he focused on bringing digital transformation to various industries such as IoT, FinTech, HRTech and MedTech. He acquired ample experience with processes related to sales, finance, HR as well as technical expertise on cryptography, PKI, IoT security, smartcards and digital identity management. Next to helping transform his employers and customers, he was also co-author of various standards at ISO and other bodies. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Leuven.” As COO Mr. Schüpp will provide leadership and strategic vision to WISeKey and subsidiaries with strong focus on revenue generation. He will bring operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the Company and foster growth among the executive team and all employees.
Nathalie Verjus, a Chartered Accountant, serves as Company Secretary and Financial Planning & Reporting Manager. Ms. Verjus has over 19 years’ international experience in compliance and finance, project management as well as operational roles. Ms. Verjus has worked in the security and manufacturing industries for companies such as Johnson Controls and NACCO Industries, in both finance and operations management positions, in the field and at EMEA headquarters. She qualified in accountancy with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, UK. In addition to her chartered accountant qualification (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), UK, Ms Verjus holds an MA in International Business Administration for Bournemouth University, UK, and a Master in International Business from the EDC Paris Business School in Paris, France.
Chris Boos is the Founder and CEO of Arago, a leading artificial intelligence company that helps businesses automate their IT processes through intelligent automation. Chris oversees strategy and product development — helping to establish the company at the forefront of artificial intelligence — and continues ongoing research in AI, while guiding Arago’s technology applications in business. An expert in graph theory and decision systems, Chris studied computer sciences at ETH Zurich as well as Technical University Darmstadt, did research in U.S. and European institutions and was awarded the John F. Kennedy National Leadership Award in 2003.
Sixtine studied at the University of Denver, USA for a Bachelor of Mass Communications including History of Art and History of Theatre. After graduating, she landed her first job with the Jan Krugier gallery where she became a proficient art dealer before moving to Australia.
Sixtine worked for the Australia Council, Brown’s Mart Community Arts in Darwin, NT where she was responsible for the arts development among the local and Aboriginal Communities. She returned to Melbourne and among other things, Sixtine taught French at the Alliance Française. It is there that she met Ken Armstrong and together they built a futuristic eco tourism facility on Phillip Island. She then completed a Corporate Law degree from the University of Sydney, NSW.
Upon returning to Geneva with her family, Sixtine opted for a career change and was employed as a client relationship manager at Banque Edouard Constant. This period included the introduction of the Euro currency and concerns relating to the Y2k/Millenium potential IT bug. As part of the Bank’s training programme, Sixtine was given the opportunity to study at the Geneva Business School. This was the start of a long relationship that continues with the Geneva Business School.
In 2003, Jan Krugier invited her to become Managing Director of the gallery. It was during a business trip to Moscow to set up an Art show that Sixtine was asked to manage the event and she decided to leave the gallery once again to take on the new challenge. After that, she was involved in the development of ArtbyGeneve, the Moscow and Salzburg World Fine Art Fairs, Art & Jewels Baku, ArtMallorca, as well as the development of two state-of-the-art Freeport facilities in Singapore and Luxembourg.
In August 2020, the Geneva Business School should have celebrated its 25th anniversary. Instead, to embrace the next quarter of a century, Sixtine designed a new MBA specialising in Fine Art International Management (FAIM) whereby art experts and market specialists will share their professional experience with students who can attend courses online or in person in Geneva. The MBA programme will commence in September 2021.

Mr. Moreno has more than 18 years experience in Sales Engineering, Sales Management and Business Development. He has worked extensively on strategic projects for both national and multinational companies in the financial and industrial sectors throughout his career. He has held executive roles in the areas of people management, sales coaching, market analysis, establishment and implementation of account plans. In his role in WISeKey, he oversees commercial relationships with strategic customers and helms market analysis and go-to-market strategies He has also contributes to the the design of solutions and architectures in projects related to infrastructure, data, applications, security, and dentity management, and the overall evolution of WISekey’s product suite. He oversees complex selling related to new technologies.

Daniel has been a crucial member of the WISeKey team since 2000 when he took on the responsibility of all corporate communications, brand marketing and press relations, maintaining the corporate relationship with high-profile organizations as the ITU and other ONU International Organizations, WEF, Monaco Media Forum and the Zermatt Summit to name only a few. Prior to WISeKey, Daniel worked as Art Advisor at the World Intellectual Property Organization. Daniel is still involved in many non for profit and philanthropic and cultural activities as Founder and Director of Abanico Foundation, an organization focused on creative process and cultural exchange programs.
CSO & Product Manager eSecurity
Pedro Fuentes, Spanish, he obtained a high degree in Computer Science by the Polytechnic University of Valencia and he’s a senior specialist in information security, and PKI in particular, with more than 20 years of active work in these areas as a certified professional (CISM, ISO27000, MSCP and others). Pedro joined WISeKey in 2009 to reinforce the eSecurity Business Unit. Previously he worked in Siemens as responsible of the cybersecurity product line for southern Europe, managing key projects for national identity and leveraging eGovernance services by the integration of eSecurity techniques in business processes. In WISeKey he’s responsible of the PKI platforms and product strategy, leading projects and customer support worldwide.
WISeID Product Manager
Computer Science graduate from University of Webster and Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Andreas Moreira joined WISeKey in 2017 as a consultant in distributed ledger technologies and cryptocurrency. Since then, he has taken over a role of project manager for WISeKey’s line of solutions and leverage his passion for innovative technology to oversee the development of the WISeKey suite of applications.

John O’Hara, a Chartered Accountant, serves as International Controller. Mr. O’Hara has over 20 years’ experience in financial and accounting roles across several sectors. Mr. O’Hara has worked in the professional services, leisure and restaurant industries for companies such as Marsh & McLennan Companies, Deloitte, Yum! Restaurants International and Chelsea FC plc, in finance management positions, specializing in Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Transformation and Sarbanes Oxley. He qualified in accountancy with Grant Thornton in the UK. In addition to his chartered accountancy qualification (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), UK, Mr. O’Hara holds an BA in Economics from Durham University, UK.

Marijke Chourgnoz, graduated from the hotel school in holland in 2014, Before integrating Wisekey, she was working as an executive assistant at Multiburo (Suisse) SA. In 2021, she started at Wisekey as a receptionist and back-office assistant.
Sales Operations Analyst
Anthony has trained in Business Management and Information Systems at the University of Geneva. He also has prior work experience in Sales Support, database management and is familiar with CRM systems. Anthony‘s area of expertise include critical analysis of resource expenditure and pipeline definition. He specializes in the continuous growth and maturation of businesses. Throughout his career he has encountered various BI software and aims to achieve data consistency and encourage CRM widespread adoption in organizations. Anthony is also trained in inbound marketing and programming. Being also fluent in English and French he has all the credentials to be great resource.
Dylan is 31 years old, born in 1988 in Geneva. He started is accounting career as a consultant and an auditor where he worked during 6 years in both Mazars and TMF Group on different projects and for different clients. Then he joined WISeKey in January 2018, working as a group accountant and preparing the consolidation for the group. Dylan holds a degree in Business administration from the HEG Genève, major in Finance, where he graduated in 2011.

Angélique Faoro, graduated from the Commercial School in 2013, she holds the Certificate in Human Resources since 2015. Before integrating Wisekey, she was working as administrative Assistant in the legal department at CareFusion. In 2013, she starts at Wisekey as receptionist and reach the position of Personal Assistant in 2015, as well as RH administration.
Veronique Faoro is graduated from Commercial School in 1985. She worked as accountant from 1985 up today. Before joining Wisekey in 2016, she worked in the accounting department of Fiduciary and of various newspapers as of Tribune de Genève, le Temps and Ringer.
Soraya Ndam Sayve
General Accountant and payroll
After obtaining her diploma of Accounting and Finance, Soraya worked in an accounting firm for 3 years, then she worked as an accountant for an IT company developing banking software for 4 years. She has been the General Accountant at Wisekey for 7 years and is in charge of statutory accounting and payroll.
Fabien is passionate about mechanics. After obtaining a CFC on motor mechanics, he became a workshop manager and then quickly director of a motorcycle dealership for 5 years. Fabien is determined to offer his versatile skills to WISeKey, taking care of Office/Datacenter needs and supporting maintenance teams and service providers.
IoT Business Line Director
Gweltas supports Wisekey Product roadmap and Marketing activities around Embedded Security and Trusted Services like Digital Certificates / PKI platform. He has an extensive experience in the high-tech industry in Asia and Europe in domains such as mobile industry, M2M industry, consumer electronics and robotics industry within Softbank Robotics with the launch of Pepper robot in cooperation with Foxconn. Most recently, he was the Smart Home Business Unit Director of Otio & BeeWi, where he was driving the roll-out of a complete IoT Smart Home solution with Microsoft.

Olivier Debelleix has a 25-year experience in the smartcard and security industry. After having managed several worldwide projects for various companies and held senior marketing and business development positions, Olivier is now Director of the Brand Protection & Wearable Security Business Unit with WISeKey. His mission is to provide the right security solutions for objects to be trusted and used as payment means, for instance. WISeKey is a leading cybersecurity company that provides certified hardware and software solutions for digital identity and authentication of people and connected objects. WISeKey has a unique positioning to offer a consistent security system from the Root of Trust (RoT) to the device. WISeKey is the trusted operator of the International Organization for the Security of Electronic Transaction (OISTE) Global Root. The OISTE Foundation is working with the UN and International Organizations since 1999 in line with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals which include giving everyone a legal identity by 2030. Swiss neutrality, security, and privacy laws allow operations without geo-political or governmental constraints. Olivier holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering with a specialization in data processing and artificial intelligence.

Jean-Pierre Enguent is a key technology leader with 30 years of experience in Microelectronics. He joined Wisekey as Head of Development for Semiconductors Solutions, including R&D, System Engineering and Global Security. Prior to joining Wisekey, he spent 7 years at Inside Secure, 6 years at Atmel and 8 years at STMicroelectronics, leading teams of engineers, scientists and technicians. He worked towards the development of Secure Microcontroller product portfolio with more than 80 patents, publications and significant contributions to ISO standards. Jean-Pierre has been found-member and strategic adviser of InSeal, a France based company providing operating systems for contactless applications to a variety of customers in the payments market. This Start up has been sold in 2006 (Nasdaq) with a total growth revenue higher than 150. Jean-Pierre has received a French education from the “Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieur (ESIEE Paris)” with an Engineering Degree in Microelectronics.

Isabelle has a significant HR experience in the environment of new technologies. She began her career at the head office of FNAC in Paris, then she joined Gemplus, the smartcard leader, where the explosion of the mobile phone market was creating a huge international growth. Fascinated by the impact of new technologies on human behavior, she worked in a consultancy firm in Lyon to accompany the growth of high-tech companies. In 2010, she joined Inside Secure ‘s HR team, then WISeKey in 2016.

Cesar Martin-Perez has over 30 years of experience in Sales Management and Business Development in Semiconductors and Microprocessor Intellectual Property, acquired in companies such as Cadence Design Systems, MIPS Technologies and Atmel-Microchip. He has gain experience in developing and winning multimillion $ deals across the entire Europe and also in APAC and North America. Over the last 3 years he was responsible at Microchip for the entire Smart Home/Building and Smart City business in EMEA with a key focus on IoT. Chinh graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2007, He started his career as developer in Toshiba Software development. In 2009, he joined MKSmart to work on smart card, custom OS anddeveloped java application for EMV and telecom, he also owns a Master’s degree in IT field. He joined WISeKey in 2012 as Product Manager and Team Leader of the iOS division, with more than 8 years of successful work experience, he is responsible of all iOS projects and for delivering high quality application. Management Vietnam team
Thanh Nguyen started working for AIC a Vietnamese company in 2000 where he developed parallel computing and network security systems for the Ministry of Defence. He joined WISeKey in 2008 and is in charge of many key projects such as PKI infrastructure and secure solutions for the web, software and mobile application. With more than 15 years’ experience in IT, Thanh has a strong background in network security, network protocols, computer systems, software development processes and management. Thanh is also supervising and coordinating the development team.
Nam graduated from Posts &Telecommunications Institute of Technology (Vietnam). He has 8 years of experience with 6 specialized in android. Nam joined WISeKey in 2011 as Android team leader and product manager for the WISfans product line. He also develops WISeAuthentic, NFC, SDK. He is highly skilled in cryptography. Menh started his career as developer in IFI Solution (partner of NTT DATA system) in 2009 and was in charge of manager with many achievements. Hung Nguyen started working for CNC corp, a Vietnamese company,in 2013 developing image processor for Ubox lab.He joined WISeKey in 2014 as android developer and was involved in projects like WISFans and Bulgary Vault. Hung Nguyen has more than 4 years of work experience in IT, image processing, security and network protocols. Skills: Android; Java
Thang started his careerin 2005 as web developer and project manager in Vietnam Technology Solutions Development Company. In 2010, he was a key developer in BSI Technology Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company. Thang joined WISeKey in 2013 as Web developer with the roles in back-end system development, optimization and maintenance.
Huy started working for NCS Corp in 2004 in researched and development on Open ERP system and software for NEC, JICA.He joined VCCorp in 2008 where he developed local search and tracking video system. Thang graduated from National Economics University in 2007 and started his career as developer in Toshiba Software Development (Vietnam) and specialized in iOS development since 2009 at Ex Artisan. Loi Hoang studied in the Associazione Centro Eelis of Roma, Italia and specialized in Design and Visual Communications. He joined WISeKey in 2013 as a Web & Mobile designer and worked on many major products. Loi loves producing innovative design and studying new technologies. Skills: Design
Mien Nguyen obtained a high degree Bachelor of Science with major in Information Technology by University of Engineering and Technology – Viet Nam National University, Hanoi. She has a strong experienced with nearly 12 years in Software Quality Assurance. Achim has 23 years of professional experience as an IT administrator. He introduced the 2D CAD application ME10 from HP. Established and maintained the ERP system from SAGE. Achim assisted in the installation of the 3D CAD software Solid Designer from CoCreate. In 2013 he joined arago and worked as an IT consultant on a project at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt. Achim was part of a team to automate the customers IT by using modern technology, modern software and artificial intelligence. Since 2014, he has been working as an IT specialist in internal IT at arago.
Agnes Sarmad Saidi

Agnes Sarmad Saidi successfully completed her training as an office communications specialist at the Regional Council in 2000. Afterwards she started her career in public services as an assistant in the state parliament. In 2002, she started her career at arago as an assistant to the supervisory board. In 2003 she acquired the position of Director Employee Services.
After completing her graduation in finance and insurance Almasa studied part-time and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a focus on finance and controlling. She started her career at a bank and worked several years in the financial sector before joining Arago as an Accountant in 2014. She transitioned then to a startup company, responsible for both financial accounting and controlling set up. Almasa rejoined arago in 2020 and filled the position of HR Manager. She has several years of professional experience in accounting, controlling and HR.
Beatriz Mora Barbero

Telecommunications Engineering graduated at Technical University of Madrid in 2007. She worked as a research assistant at INESC where she got her first contact with AI. Then at Extron Electronics she held several positions first as Applications Engineer and then as Technical trainer. She joined Arago in 2020 as Agile Automation Coach. She is working in KI writing and taking care of the training activities and documentation such as coaching of individual customer business and technical users.

Daniel Polanowski has over 20 years of professional IT experience as a quality and requirement engineer in the healthcare and aviation industry. He has been with Arago since 2015 as a senior QA/test Manager for connector components.
Denis is a qualified translator and interpreter German-English. He worked for 20 years as a Legal Assistant Supervisor for an International Law Firm. He has been teaching English at arago for over 5 years. He has a degree in horticulture from the BOTANIC Gardens in Dublin and worked for several years as an Orchid Specialist in the Palmengarten in Frankfurt.
Driss Khalfioui joined Arago in 2015, becoming CFO in 2019. Prior to joining Arago, Driss was the Finance Manager of Hotel Group, an investment of Carlyle Group. Before that he had gained 7 years of progressive experience through the private equity life cycle and audits working in professional services at PWC. As a tax advisor, Driss is highly effective at optimizing financial operations and is a catalyst for change at Arago. He focuses on key drivers of value creation and is a business partner to entrepreneurial founders.

Achim joined arago in March 2015 as Procurement Manager. He is a certified financial accountant in addition. For some time now he oversees all aspects of the company’s procurement and accounting activities. Prior to arago, Achim held various positions in the global IT / Telecommunication industry for more than 25 years, e.g at Deutsche Telekom, British Telecom and Verizon. His responsibilities varied from data engineering, managing technical teams in service delivery, the EMEA provisioning center and last recently carrier relationship with focus on procurement, contract negotiations, billing and cost control.
Jan Philipp Pelchmann
Philipp Pelchmann has a master’s degree in physics. In 2015, he started as Automation Expert at arago. In 2017, he started working as an AI Expert. Since 2018 he is working as a Backend Developer.
Marco Zinn has a degree in digital and print media design. He has been working as a designer since 2008. In 2013, he joined Arago.
Marek Meyer has over 15 years of experience in R&D, project management and product management of SaaS, AI and IoT products and solutions. Since joining Arago three years ago, he has been working as product manager for AI-based enterprise automation and the AI developer platform. Before WISeKey/Arago, Marek has worked as product manager for an AI platform for the Internet of Things at AGT International, as well as served in different roles at AGT International, working on IoT-AI solutions for smart cities, industry 4.0, and sports & entertainment. Marek had started his professional career in the research department of SAP AG and holds a PhD in information technology.

Mark is currently VP – Support / Operations at arago. Starting as a web developer in 1999, during the .com boom, he has held technical and managerial positions throughout his 21 years with arago. His leadership positions included project management, application management, managing the custom development team and most recently leading the support and managed operations team.
Technical Support Specialist
After studying computer science at the University of Ulm, Martin joined Arago in 1998 as a system administrator in the IT Operations department. Since then, he has held several positions in various technical and sales departments at Arago.
Michael is a trained car mechanic and previously worked as a service consultant in a car dealership. Since September 2009, he has been taking care of arago’s vehicle fleet, building services and other errands, as well as all other odd jobs that come up.
Nikolaus Lucas joined arago in 2017. He has gained prior experience in Investment Banking and the wider Finance industry. Nikolaus has held several positions at arago, notably in strategic development as well as delivery management and is now engaged with consulting arago’s clients on AI strategy and the application & value of HIRO™. He holds a Master Degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen with studies abroad at Columbia University, NY and Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
Oliver Heinz, grown up in southern Germany near the Swiss border, is a senior technologist with a passion for information security, IT, artificial intelligence and automation. He studied information technology and chemistry and has been working for arago since two decades in Frankfurt and New York. Since 2017, he is the Chief Information Security Officer of arago. He has many years of experience in security management, but also in designing, architecting, operating and auditing complex security solutions. Previously, he managed IT & firewall operations teams in critical enterprise/ banking environments as an ITIL professional. He is certified for ISO27001 ISMS, but he has also never lost the technical background needed to implement the required technology. Oliver is member of organisations like ACM, OWASP, GI, including special interest groups SECMGMT, SIDAR and others.

Petra Puddig graduated in 2012 with a degree in Commercial Finance with a concentration on Leasing & Factoring. In 2019, she started at arago GmbH in the sales team as team assistant and moved to the finance team as Account Receivable Manager in 2020.
Technical Support Specialist
Robert Szewczyk graduated from Electronics Department of Wrocław University of Technology in 2007 and holds Masters and Engineering degrees in Computer Science. He worked in a Private Banking Company as a Platform Specialist. Then at IBM as an Engineering Team Manager. He joined Arago in 2017 as an AI Expert. He worked on the Integration development and later with Application Support. He specializes in Arago HIRO platform integration and KI writing. He develops several Python-based connectors for HIRO platform integration.
PA to CEO
Sabine started working at arago in 2013 as PA to the CEO and Founder Chris Boos. Before joining arago she worked as an Assistant to the CEO at JetConnection AG and Electrolux/ AEG Germany in Frankfurt.
In 2008, Swen graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Giessen-Friedberg and holds a Diploma in Computer Science. Since 2011, he works at Arago as system developer with focus on backend development / (ReST-)API development. Java, Groovy, Python, SQL, Tomcat are a part of his expertise.
Uwe Romak has over 25 years of professional experience in IT Business. Uwe worked at Dell Computer for 15 years in different positions, such as technical support engineer and global sales support (CFI engineer). He joined Arago in 2010 and works as Support Specialist at Web Projects. He has deep professional experience in web application, both Back-end server and Front End UI. He solves incidents, expands the web application and maintains the newsletter system. Web/HTML, MySQL, shell scripting, Linux, Windows, content management system (CMS), ITIL shell scripting, ticket systems (mantis, ITSM, JIRA) and CMS are a part of his expertise. Uwe graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt, Germany.

Vassilios Kotoulas (Willy) is a Technical Support Specialist. In 2000, he joined arago as an IT System administrator. He works on ITIL processes and has been an Incident Manager and Change Manager for more than 13 years. Before arago, Vassilios Kotoulas gained his professional experience as a PC technician.
Viktor studied computer science at the Technical University of Darmstadt and the National Research Tomsk State University with a focus on software architecture and artificial intelligence. He has been working for arago for 12 years in various positions, leads product development and research. There he developed with colleagues the arago unique technology the Knowledge-Based Reinforcement Learning.
Marketing Video Producer
Artur Kazun holds a diploma in communication design. His main fields of experience are video & animation and web development. He is equally an artist and a techie. He is responsible for the production of all the company’s videos and animations and develops and maintains the company’s website including webanalytics tools. During his employment at the Goethe University Frankfurt he held a position at the eLearning department as the head of video and was also responsible for print and webdesign. He has given workshops for university tutors and professors and works part-time as a trainer/teacher at the community college.
