DECENTRALIZATION "AI UNLEASHED: ENSURING SAFETY AND LEVERAGING DECENTRALIZATION"

Join us for an engaging event and reception, presented by WISeKey at Davos 2024. This gathering will spotlight prominent figures from the technology sector, featuring representatives of the Cybersecurity Tech Accord signatories – an alliance of over 150 global technology companies dedicated to bolstering online trust and security. A key focus of this alliance, particularly through collaborations with the WEF and other entities, has been the advancement of security measures for consumer IoT devices.

Event Overview: As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues its rapid evolution, it brings to the forefront critical questions regarding safety and the impact of decentralized frameworks. Our roundtable will delve into the multifaceted challenges and possibilities that AI introduces across various industries. Discussions will encompass ethical considerations, the formulation of robust AI safety protocols, and the effects of decentralized AI systems on privacy and control. We aim to convene a diverse panel of experts, including AI researchers, ethicists, technology professionals, and policymakers. Together, we will explore strategies for managing AI’s expanding capabilities in a manner that prioritizes safety and ethical oversight, and we’ll examine how decentralization might shift power structures within the AI landscape.
