Mr. Doubre is a Swiss national who has held the position of President and Secretary General of the World Trade Centre Geneva since 1979. He is member of the board of the World Trade Center Association in New York and was also Chairman of the World Trade Centre Association (WTCA) Committee on Information and Communications. President of the China Hub in Geneva.
Permanent representative of the WTCA organizations to the UN in Geneva. Vice President of the Board and Chairman of the Audit & Finance Committee WISeKey. President of the OISTE Foundation. Prior to this position, Mr. Doubre held several senior positions in the banking and finance industry including Vice President and General Cashier of American Express Paris, General Manager Overseas Development Bank. Philippe Doubre has extensive experience and expertise with servicing international trade and determination of policies and new directions for facilitating international trade. He is a highly respected and well-recognized member of the international community as evidenced by his former position of Vice President of the American Centre Geneva. |

Mr. Kummer became Member of the Board of Directors in 2003 and joined WISeKey SA in 2005 as CFO. Mr. Kummer held several leading positions in the Structure and Corporate finance in international companies and financial institutions, especially for André & Cie SA where he also held General Management positions in their former Soviets Union and Austria representation offices. He graduated with mention in Company Management and Finance at “l’école de Cadre” in 1988 in Lausanne and obtained a degree on Structure Finance in 1998 and in Strategic Finance in 2006 at IMD. He is also a member of the IMD alumni since 1999 and member of the HEC alumni since 2001. |

Mr. Wise founded a family holding company investing in high technology and health projects in Europe and the United States. President of the Sevene Group (Pharmaceutical) of which the family Holding company is the major shareholder. After 8 years of professional experience as an assistant director with Burberry in New York, then as a business director in Paris, he was elected member of the Board of Directors and Director for Europe of the Burberry stores in Paris. He was also managing director of Rémy Cointreau subsidiaries in Europe (Spain, Austria, Eastern Europe, Switzerland, and Italy) for 7 years before his 3 year nomination in 1997 as a director of the Rémy Cointreau S.A. |

Mr. Ybarra began his career in the United Nations. In 1986 joined the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). He left this organisation in June 2000 to join WISeKey. Additionally, he is a co-founder of the Abanico Foundation; an organization focused on creativity and specialized in the creation of multidisciplinary and intercultural exchange projects. Furthermore, he is actively and pro-bono involved with major initiatives on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development, such as ACT (Advertising Community Together). |

Mr. Hernández Zayas graduated in Economics and Business Administration in Bilbao in 1987, and obtained an MBO at the LSFT (London). In 1989 he joined the Audit and Corporate division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He spent 7 years at PWC specializing in corporate finance, mergers and takeovers, working with large companies and multinationals as well as important family groups. He is a member of the ROAC (The official Spanish College of Chartered Accountants). In 1995 he moved to the Eguizabal-Paternina Group, one of Spain’s leading wine producers, as Director of Affiliates, responsible for national and international expansion and coordinating the Group’s IPO in 1998. In 2001 Mr. Hernández Zayas was appointed CEO of the Cosimet-Velasco Group, playing a major part in the Company’s diversification strategy and in the consolidation of a large industrial holding, with companies involved in several sectors, including, steel, real estate, construction and services. In recent years, Mr. Hernández Zayas has been heading the development of an important division of new techs and renewable energy companies. He is on the board of many companies, taking an active role in several strategic committees. |

Born in Poland, Ms Shingler moved to England where she qualified as an English Solicitor. She worked for a number of well established law firms in London, including Linklaters, Beachcrofts and Charles Russell where she specialised in private client tax planning and trusts. She continued her career by focusing on off shore tax planning for international high-net worth clients and worked for 3 years as an in-house Legal Counsel for Rathbones plc in London before relocating to head their Legal Department in Geneva for 2 years. She moved on to become a director of a small private trust company before deciding to utilise her international legal skills, expertise and contacts to establish the Argentum Group SA of which company she continues to be the Founder and Managing Director. Maryla is a full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a current English Solicitor Practising Certificate. |

Mr. Egger has worked with UBS since 1976, of that time 16 years was spent overseas in different Management Positions. He is a graduate from Swiss Business School in Zurich. During his assignments in New York he has visited various seminars/courses at the NY Institute of Finance and American Institute of Banking, At UBS he has worked in the divisions Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Banks for Banks (B4B) in Zurich, Geneva, New York and Caracas, mostly covering Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. From 2000 - 2002 he led the UBS Sports and Entertainment Group (out of Geneva) with a vast network in these areas. In his current Senior Leadership position in UBS Wealth Management, he signs responsible for Spain, the Southern Cone, Peru and Bolivia. |
